William (Andrew) McKelligott is the Audit Specialist at United Nations Development Programme.
Career History[edit | edit source]
McKelligott was the Senior Auditor and Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction efforts from June to October, 2010. He worked as an Auditor for Contractual Compliance at ICANN from 2008 until 2010. He has worked as a Senior Consultant to US DoJ at BearingPoint and Program Integrity Officer at NIH. At UNESCO, he was the Assistant Evaluation Specialist. He has also worked as a Program Analyst at GAO.[1]

McKelligott holds M.P.P. and A.M. in social sciences from the University of Chicago.
