Susana works for the CR ccTLD (www.nic.cr), an independent Unit of the National Academy of Sciences. She has been working as an Office Administrator for almost 2 years.

Susana's academic background is in International Relations, Projects and International Cooperation and has a degree in Marketing also.
ICANN and Internet Governance Participation[edit | edit source]
Currently, she is in charge of two of the Internet Governance projects that are developed in the country: the Internet Advisory Council (a multidisciplinary group of actors that meet periodically to discuss Internet issues), and the Dialogue of Internet Governance (IGF Costa Rica) which is been held for two years seeking to encourage the participation of the population in relevant issues for the promotion of governance.
