Michael O'Connell has been involved in the conceptualization, design, and development of a multi-protocol B2B message server used for domain provisioning and remote invoicing. He is an expert in the OASIS ebXML specifications, particularly ebMS V3 and AS4, and the IETF STD 69 for EPP where he has been instrumental both in the development and implementation of those specifications. Other areas of expertise include UML modeling, C++ design, and development using QT4 communicating with a Java Data Warehouse over CORBA, Java XML Object creator application for the creation of data objects for use in a C++ QT Application, design and implementation of Java and Python Server applications, Java Swing applications, application development for smartphones, and the development of system and user documentation.[2]
