Martin (Marty) (L.) Heimbigner is the Chief Financial Officer of Lagotek Corporation. He is also the Chief Executive Officer and President of City Bank since December 31, 2009[1] and a Partner at Tatum LLC.[2]

He has more than 21 years of experience in emerging-growth companies. He has been the CEO of Intelligent Results Inc. and CFO of Airbiquity Inc.[3] Mr. Heimbigner has also worked at KPMG Peat Marwick in Senior Financial Positions for 13 years.
Marty worked at Demand Media as a Chief Accounting Officer. He served as an Assistant Controller for Washington Energy Company. Mr. Heimbigner began as the Lead Independent Director of City Bank in June 2003.[4][5]

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington. He completed his CPA examination in 1981.[6][7]
