Maria Cecilia Perez Araujo is a lawyer specialized in International Relations and ICT. She has seven years of experience in ICT and International Relations. She have attended ITU and OAS meetings and was Argentina's representative in the Council of ITU in 2013 and 2014. She has worked in the Communications Authority form Argentina for five years.
