Juuso Moisander is the Commercial Secretary of the Information Society and ICT at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, Department for External Economic Relations. He represents Finland in the GAC,[1], and has been elected the alternate member to the Board of ISOC Finland for 2010.[2]

Moisander is the Finland representative member of the Commission on Science and Technology for Development of the UNESCO.[3]

He has also served as a Trainee in the Permanent Delegation to the Organization for the Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) from Finland.[4]

Mr. Moisander attends most IGF meetings on behalf of Finland.[5][6]
