Jose Urzua Reinoso is the System Development Manager at NIC Chile, where he has worked since July 2000. He is also an Instructor of Web Application Development at the University of Chile, where he has been working since July 2009.[1]
He is involved in LACTLD, ccNSO, LACNIC.[2]
Prior to that, he was an instructor at the Federal Technical University of Santa Maria and Andres Bello University.[1]
