John V. Boruvka is Iron Mountain's Vice President of Sales, and has been running sales for its IPM group since 1996.[1]
He has been working in technology escrow for around 20 years, with a particular emphasis on coordinating with companies to best protect their intellectual property. He has reviewed thousands of escrow agreements for software, hardware and other proprietary sources established to protect against mergers, bankruptcies or other such events that affect the ability of the client to support their technologies.[2]
Previously, he was the Director of Business Development at Data Securities International.[3]
Mr. Boruvka is required to travel quite a bit but still finds enough time at home to pursue his interests in cooking. He was born in Puerto Rico and is bilingual in English and Spanish.[4]
