Jean-Paul (J-P) Voillequé is a former content editor at ICANNWiki.

Career History[edit | edit source]

Voillequé began his career in the first dot com boom, as an editor at LookSmart, Ltd. Interest in strategic and contractual matters within the company led him to take the LSAT, and subsequently attend law school at the University of Oregon. During 12 years as an active member of the Oregon State Bar, Voillequé advised organizations, corporations, and private clients on corporate formation & governance matters. He drafted and negotiated contracts in a variety of service and sales operations contexts, with a special focus on PaaS and SaaS agreements. During his time at Immix Law Group, his practice centered on startups and entrepreneurs of all stripes. Voillequé spent four years as a Judiciary Applications Administrator for the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.[1]

Apart from being a serial registerer-of-domains, Voillequé is relatively new to ICANN and Internet Governance. He was an ICANN Fellow for ICANN 72.
