Chang Hun Lee is the CEO of Cydentity. He acts as the Uniform Resource Identifier Forum Advisor for NIDA.
Chang actively participates in Internet and IT related meetings like ICANN,[1][2] ITU,[3] IETF, MINC,[4] APRICOT,[5] and APTLD. He also participated in Korean Internet Organization like NC, NNC and TTA.
He led the DotOrg Re-delegation bidding project in 2002 and took the lead in technical development and operations of the .net registry.[6]
He was selected as the ICANN Business Constituency member in 2000.

Mr. Lee started his career working at the Samsung Electronic and Northern Development Company of United Kingdom.
He has been the Vice President of Neptia.com[7] and IBI.net,[8] and an IFIK executive board member.[9]
Education[edit | edit source]
Chang has a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in International Business, both from the Newcastle Business School.[10]
