Article 4.4 of the ICANN Bylaws mandate that ICANN periodically review its constituent organizations to determine whether they serve a continuing purpose, and whether improvements can be made to their effectiveness and operations. Organizational Reviews are conducted on each of the Supporting Organizations and Advisory Committees, as well as the Nominating Committee.
