Colombian ICANN FELLOW.

Advisor at the International Office of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies of Colombia. works in project development and structuring in relation to social and cooperation matters. Also, responsible with financial analysis and management of international agreements. Involved with internet governance at the local and national level since 2016.

Career History

Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies. Bogotá, Colombia. June 2016 – To date Advisor International Office Link and support from Colombia to the Inter-American Telecommunication Commission –CITEL of the Organization of American States –OAS. In charge of Fundraising, national offer and demand of international cooperation to strengthen ICT projects and national level support on internet governance.

United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat). Bogotá, Colombia. January – June 2016 Professional Internship in Administrative and Knowledge Management Divisions. Support in administrative management of the agency trough elaboration of financial analysis and reports of the projects through its SAP UMOJA system. Support in knowledge management by contributing in project structuring and development, preparing events and coordinating the communications strategy.

Escuela Nueva Foundation. Bogotá, Colombia. August – October 2015, July - September 2016 Research Assistant Responsible for logistics and accompaniment in field work done in the framework of a 5 year investigation programme in the field of education conducted by Kyushu University and the government of Japan. Support was given in rural area visits, evaluation of program implementation, translation and final reports.

Mission Colombia to the World Trade Organization. Geneva, Switzerland. January – July 2015 Intern. Support in the elaboration of research papers, meetings, preparation of documents and elaboration of declarations and reports of committees and councils within the various areas of the World Trade Organization.

International University in Geneva. Geneva, Switzerland. September 2014 - July 2015. Editor of School Journal “IUG Herald” Structuring the universities journal, supervise content development and responsible for final edition.
