Carlos Martinez is the Chief Technology Officer for LACNIC (RIR for Latin America and The Caribbean). He is a member of SSAC within ICANN.[1]

Martinez has attended multiple ICANN meetings, including ICANN 50 in London. He is interested in Security, IPv6, and DNSSEC.[1]
