‎Malisa Richards joined the ICANN community in 2016. She has also been a Fellow at ICANN 58, ICANN61 & ICANN64 and also attended the DNS Business, Marketing, Operations and Legal Aspects training. She's also a member of NCUC and NCSG and volunteers in the Caribbean Working Group for LACRALO and Next-Gen RDS PDP.

Policy Development Process

Non-Commercial Users Constituency. Represent(s) individuals and organizations that use the DNS for noncommercial purposes. The primary purpose of the Constituency is to protect noncommercial online communications, which includes expression for political, personal, research, educational and recreational purposes (Bylaws of the Noncommercial Users Constituency).

Non-Commercial Stakeholder Group. Represents the full range of non-commercial entities of the Internet (ICANN Bylaws). Not to be confused with the At-Large Advisory Committee.
