Alwin Loh Tek Ken has been the Head of e-Commerce at QNET since June 2014, where his primary responsibilities include managing the company's eCommerce platform, mobile strategy, digital marketing, and customer analytics.[1]

He was formerly the Head of Business Intelligence & Web Innovation at AirAsia[2], where his responsibilities included developing and managing AirAsia's domain portfolio. He has spoken on the subject of business intelligence at a number of International conferences.[3][4]

Mr. Low was the Head of Marketing Management & Business Network at RHB Bank Berhad from 2005 to 2009, where his primary responsibility was strategizing the loyalty network business concept and implementing ongoing events/seminars. Prior to which, he was the Account Manager at Data Services Rapp (M) Sdn. Bhd. From 2003 to 2004, he was the Senior Database Executive at Grey Group Malaysia. In 2001, he joined BonusLink Loyalty Sdn Bhd as Database Analyst and worked there until 2003. He has also been a Database Administrator at MMS Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd and a Reporting Analyst at Target.[4]

Alwin Loh is a certified scuba diver with PADI, and he has travelled Asia extensively - especially now that he works with one of the continent's most prominent airline carriers!
