Abderrahman (aka. Abdou) Ait Ali is an ICANN NextGen in ICANN 58.

Abderrahman is a researcher at VTI (The Swedish National Road and Transport Research Institute) and LiU (Linköping University) whose work integrates transport economics.[1]
ICANN and Internet Governance Participation[edit | edit source]
Ait Ali is an IGMENA Hivos Alumni and participated in Tunis IGMENA Summit in 2016. [1] He also participated in ICANN58 in Copenhagen as a NextGen. [2]

He holds an engineering diploma (in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics) from Grenoble Institute of Technology - INP (Ensimag), an M.Sc. (in Computer Science and Engineering) from KTH - Royal Institute of Technology, and a PhD (in Infra-Informatics) from Linköping University. [1]

Ait Ali has several publications in different fields spanning from Applied Mathematics with industrial applications to Linguistics and internet governance. [3]

Ait Ali has been awarded several fellowships. For example, to attend ICANN58 in Copenhagen and IGMENA Summit 2016 in Tunis.
