.doha is a geographical TLD delegated in ICANN's New gTLD Program. ictQATAR manages the TLD and is its Registry. The proposed application succeeded and was delegated to the Root Zone on 26 March, 2015.[1].[2].[3]

Termination[edit | edit source]

On 7 November 2018, the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) of the State of Qatar issued a Termination Notice to ICANN.[4] Following the request, ICANN made the preliminary determination to that the operation of the TLD did not need to be transferred to a successor and Registry Operator.[5]
